Writtings

In this section, you can find some of my experimental writings, which life itself washed up on the surface. I don't know if they will enrich you, but either way, there is always a lesson that can be learned. As well as from the mistakes I have made in my life.

Words are a verbal means, a reflective, loud expressivism that helps me communicate with my inner voice. The awareness and feeling of the pain that torments the human soul, although we are not always able to name it with words.

Angels amongst us!

A short story written by Peter Bercik. From memories of a talk with the unknown girl of the past. Written and intended for Marika, the lovely Latvian’s sharp moonlady enlightened a few moments of my path.

An Attitude I Do Not like About People in a Professional Environment or Life

people in working environment_edited.png

In this document, I have compiled examples of inappropriate behaviour from people in various jobs that I have encountered throughout my life, over a period of about 20 years. From them, I have formulated the points that most bother me as a visionary person.

I have learnt from my mistakes; they are energy-time-eaters, a waste of human potential, which is literally thrown away by these bad habits and aggressive behaviour.

The document concerns experience with top managers, middle managers and leaders, single-way-artists, craftsmen and also workers performing routine activities at the lowest work hierarchical level.
